Introducing the Tier 2 Project Implementation Plan (PIP), designed specifically for Tier 2 contractors employed by Main Contractors on BIM projects. This plan enhances our strategic BIM Implementation Plan by providing a comprehensive framework for the required information and its timeline throughout a typical project.

Aligned with the BS EN ISO 19650-3:2018 standard, our Tier 2 Project Implementation Plan adopts the recommended process map provided by the UK BIM Framework. By following this plan, Tier 2 contractors can effectively navigate the information management process and understand their role within the project structure and supply chain.

Starting at RIBA Stage 3 or 4, Tier 2 contractors are appointed by the Lead Appointed Party (Tier 1) and become an integral part of the Project Team. Our plan outlines the specific tasks and deliverables expected from Tier 2 contractors at each stage of the project, ensuring smooth collaboration and successful project outcomes.

From the tender response to the appointment, mobilization, production of information, and project close-out, our Tier 2 Project Implementation Plan provides clear guidelines.
