Tech Ultimate (£1,260 incl.vat – monthly, paid annually)

Ideal for:

  • Clients with ongoing projects needing regular and detailed support.
  • Large-scale projects requiring regular, in-depth support (e.g., RIBA Stages 2-5, complex MEP coordination).

Key Services:

  • Monthly Consulting (up to 20 hours): Comprehensive project coordination, technical design, and reporting (RIBA Stage 2-5).
  • Training & Mentorship: Training sessions for their internal teams on resolving issues, navigating ProDesign, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, while upskilling them with MEP and electrical design principles.
  • Enhanced Response Time (within 24 hours): Priority access to solve any urgent project issues.
  • Custom Revit Content Creation: Families, project-specific templates, and ongoing refinement as needed.
  • Design Reviews: Full technical reviews and optimization for ongoing projects.
  • ISO 19650 Information Exchange: Expert guidance on compliance, ensuring that all BIM and data exchange processes are streamlined.
  • Project Set Up on ACC: Setting up Models, Design Module and Coordination on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Example Tasks:

Usage Flexibility: Each subscription tier allows you to use your allocated consulting hours at your convenience within the billing cycle (e.g., 20 hours per month).

Non-Rolling Hours: Please note any unused hours do not roll over to the next month. The hours are reset at the start of each new billing cycle to ensure we can maintain consistent support availability for all clients.

Scheduling: We recommend booking your hours in advance to ensure availability, particularly if you require multiple shorter sessions within a month.

Additional Hours: If you require more time than your plan offers in any given month, you can purchase additional hours at a discounted rate.
