Restricted Information
This transmittal contains drawings, schedules, the programme, and specifications that contain restricted and highly restricted information.

Please note that this is restricted information that requires access and handling controls.
A Restricted label informs actors to exercise discretion.
It is not designed to be actively distributed to the public.
Marking to be displayed in the document's header and on the front cover of paper files.
Add the marking to the end of the title, as shown in the following example:
File name [Restricted] Lock away Restricted information when it is not in use.
Documents and email
- Share using links instead of attachments.
- Keep in a closed CDE/SharePoint site or library that is accessible to project/Office, group, or network members.
Email
- Check the distribution list of emails you send and receive.
- Challenge the marking if you do not agree. Add if it is unmarked.
Highly Restricted Information

Sharing of Highly Restricted information is limited to individuals on a need-to-know basis. It is not created to actively share with the public.
Information should only be shared externally if there is a legitimate business need and the proper handling procedures are followed.
