Woolwich Central is a mixed-use residential and commercial development, where Project Design (IO) delivered the detailed electrical design in BIM, coordinated for a Gateway 2 Stage submission to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR).

Residential supplies are served through an IDNO using a PowerON arrangement, with LV submains routed to the commercial and landlord areas. The design package covered cable calculations, electrical schematics, circuit and distribution-board schedules, and generator sizing calculations.
