A bespoke EXIT sign family. The legend is modelled geometry: running man and directional arrow, double or single sided. Six types are included, and the sign size is parametric, so new types are one duplicate away: surface, recessed, and more.

Key features
Six types included. Double and single sided, with up, down, left and right arrow variants.
Parametric size. Change the sign dimensions and save the result as a new type. Surface and recessed versions build the same way.
Modelled legend. Running man and arrow are geometry, visible in 3D views and elevations, correct on both faces of the double sided types.
Instance clearance zone. Switched on or off per instance for coordination and clash detection.
Type note label. Switched on or off per instance.
Floor and ceiling visibility range controls. Parametric, per instance.
COBie parameters. Included and pre-configured.
Level or face hosted. Places on a reference level. No host wall required.
