Contract Particulars refer to the document outlining the Framework Agreement’s specific core terms, which may include but are not limited to the Pricing Schedule, Authorised Officer, Contract Manager, Key Personnel, and Specification (as defined in the Call-Off Terms and Conditions), as well as any other contract-specific details included in the document. Any local authority or public body identified in the OJEU notice (if applicable) and/or the Invitation to Tender as having the authority to use this Framework Agreement and enter into a Call-Off Contract is referred to as a “Contracting Authority.” [1]
